I’m feeling relax and peace within me after watching the video of “Veni Grig on Experiment with truth – root chakra”. This video is really amazing. I’m thankful to all our team who is working hard to spread same message in very creative and innovative way.

I already have read about root chakra everywhere, in books, CDs and website of Sahaja Yoga, but this video really does work, it does work very impressively on new yogis.
